The Last Peace Speaker - Michael Jackson

Tue Jul 7, 2009, 3:00 PM
  • Mood: Longing
  • Listening to: John Lennon - Imagine
  • Reading: zaratustra
  • Watching: everything in sprdword.com
  • Drinking: galao alentejano
Michael Jackson, John Lennon [link] ...do you see the connection?

Both sang for a better world, both killed by who? I think you know the question.

"Imagine there's no Heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace(...)"

Imagine - John Lennon

-There's A Place In
Your Heart
And I Know That It Is Love
And This Place Could
Be Much
Brighter Than Tomorrow
And If You Really Try
You'll Find There's No Need
To Cry
In This Place You'll Feel
There's No Hurt Or Sorrow

Heal the World - Michael Jackson

This type of strong concepts harm the people that are on governments, because they need us to support them by our ignorance, they need us to fight their oil wars.

The superstars ended with MJ, no one will reach so many people as a Superstar reach.

You may say - "Alexandre, you are so fucking paranoid, this don't make any sense."
Me - Maybe...maybe not!

Should anyone have afraid of the Power that Michael had?

In the end I quote Tyler Durden from Fight Club
"Man, I see in Fight Club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see it squandered. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables — slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our great war is a spiritual war. Our great depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars, but we won't. We're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off."

the OTHERS got 11% on the Portuguese Elections, more then the 3rd party.

WOW - Just look at the chart from Estonia - [link] - It seems that Estonians are extremelly pleased with their government.

---

I will vote in Blank in the next European Elections.

We are working for them, but I don't see much work from them.
I'm not satisfied.

"Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around."

- Sofia Serrano
in Vanilla Sky

---

"What is Bad? I've told you already: everything that has in it's foundation, weakness, jealusy and revenge."

Chapter LVII
THE ANTICHRIST
NIETZSCHE

Samuel Barber - Agnus Dei - [link]

The Voices of the Great Spirit.

When we say the right thing, when we do the right thing, we are working for the Great Spirit.
The Great Spirit is the best of the Mankind can do.

---

BLINDNESS is a magnificent movie, it touches you, definetly. When the first part of the movie ended and I went to the toillet it seemed that I was blind. No connection between eyes and brain just the other senses were communicating with the head.
very good.

Building with Light - Robert Elwall

Suggested by ~cyrus-inc, a very good book that explains the history of architectural photography from it's beginning till today.

The Eyes of the Skin - Juhani Pallasmaa

Suggested by ~stkennedy it was one of the best books I've read about architecture.

---

I just saw the german film - Die Fetten Jahre sind vorbei - The Edukators

it's so much what I feel and wanted to do, I recomend it to everyone, that is a bit revolutionary, but who's energy is absorved by the television.

---

"What is architectural quality? It's easy, it doesn't mean to appear on architecture guides or in architecture history neither being published. Architectural quality can mean only one thing, that a building touches me"

-Peter Zumthor
